Very useful to run my cpap machine when the power goes out and runs nearly silent really close to my bedside.Charges up very quickly from my ac outlet,DC ND from the solar panel and nice it can have additional battery added to triple it's capacity.A handy thing to have for running medical equipment even when primitive camping or out on the boat or other outdoor events.

EcoFlow solar panels don’t work, and forums confirm this is a common issue. Their ecosystem forces you to use proprietary products like their subpar solar panels.Their power stations also have a strange smell, which is widely reported in forums and reviews.Returns are a nightmare. Unlike Amazon’s hassle-free process, you must talk to a representative who misinterprets your request to discourage returns. Even after approval, they only provide a partial return label(the solar panels), when you want to return the whole package including the solar panels. They also force you to navigate multiple hurdles to deter you from returning your item.Think 3 times before buying anything from ecoflow.EcoFlow operates like a struggling off-brand electronics store where every return feels like a financial threat to their business.

This is my first solar generator and I love it. The solar panels came separately and are a great addition to this bundle. I bought a second one so I can swap out units when needed from where I have my bigger solar panels installed so I can power them with only solar. Can’t wait to see what comes next and this may start my journey into installing full solar at home. I also bought the EB600 straight from EcoFlow and it’s definitely worth it to expand the capacity and give a much longer run time. Would highly recommend!

I got this product back in December. So far it going fine. Great value for the money, provides power when needed. Has several features for all kinds of plug ins, led light comes handy. it looks and feels durable but again it is only 3 month old for new England cold . This thing sat around for 3 months and did not miss a beat. Only thing i regrate now should have bought larger generator.

I already own a RIVER 2 and a DELTA Pro, so I really small and really big. I really like the fact that the RIVER 3 Plus by itself has more than double the wattage output for the inverter over the RIVER 2 and you can double or triple the battery capacity just by stacking it on top of an extra battery like a LEGO.The size is about the same dimensions as the RIVER 2 - the R2’s handle that hangs out the back makes it about the same depth where the RIVER 3 Plus fills all that space below the handle with electronics and batteries. What is really striking is how silent the fans are under load. My RIVER 2 makes an obvious fan noise where the RIVER 3 Plus is whisper silent.Now I am on the fence whether to add the Extra Battery 300 or Extra Battery 600. Who am I kidding, I’m probably going to have to get both :)The only thing that would make the absolutely perfect is more USB-C ports as it only has one, so I have to accommodate by carrying some USB-A to USB-C cables.

Ecoflow 100% hands down has the best customer service out of any company I’ve ever dealt with and their products are the #1 leading in the nation no one can top Ecoflow. I emailed Ecoflow due to a slight issue and was told I’d receive a response within 48 hours but Ecoflow responded instantly and provided detailed information and detailed evidence to back their claims and offered options to handle my issue and this was done professionally and the customer service team was phenomenal hands down the best experience ever was with Ecoflow. I have ordered many products from Ecoflow before and all of their products are the top, highest quality, longest reliability, most esthetic and offer more options than their competitors out there. 10/10 on products and customer service wow I am amazed, I will continue to order many Ecoflow products!!
