We suggest you put the baking sheet into the oven BEFORE you turn it on to preheat it, which may help resisting warping. (In fact, it’s normal that the pure stainless steel pan may warp because of the uneven and sudden heat. But generally, the pans would return to original shape when cooled down).

Love it! Now I am able to cook the batches of cookie dough all at once! It’s heavy duty! Love it, I measured my oven and it fits perfectly with just a little room on each side so it’s easy to take out and put in. The wrapping was eloquent and professional

Everything about this sheet pan is perfect. Size and shape, and I only trust Stainless Steel for baking. I no longer trust cooking with aluminum. In addition, Stainless Steel is easy to clean and remains shiny and beautiful for years.

This sheet pan is perfect for oven roasting, carrying foods to/from a BBQ etc. and fits in a typical dishwasher. The lip is high enough to keep juices from overflowing. The only negative is that it is slightly flexible and can pop out of level when it gets hot and you pick it up by a corner, causing hot food or grease to jump. Be a little careful and use two hands at the corners.

The pan warps(twists) every time it is heated up in the toaster oven. I wish I could send it back, but it’s used. I expected better. As the quality of the steel looks good. I don’t know why it warps, (maybe it’s a one off badly made) , but it does it every time it’s heated up.
