After a few months of having this item, I can say that it has really helped with storage. It lets you store two tiers of eggs, but still saves space in the fridge.

Holds 20 eggs on top, 20 eggs on bottom. We use the bottom shelf for boiled eggs, top shelf for raw eggs.It’s plastic, so you can’t put anything exceptionally heavy on top of it, but you can put an additional carton of eggs on top and it’ll hold. The trays slide in and out very easily, so I would recommend using the bottom for your most used shelf. Fits perfectly in our fridge. No more fighting with several cartons and confusing boiled eggs for raw eggs!

Convenient, but container too thin to reliably hold the trays in place. Wouldn't buy again.

I'm very pleased with this item. After using it for a couple of weeks, I can honestly say that it is a keeper. It sits nicely on the kitchen countertop, and looks SO much nicer than the wire spiral egg holder that this item replaces. It's not a rugged item, which some have complained about, but then it's really not supposed to be. Neither are kid gloves required. Just don't beat it up! (it's got eggs in it) I will be using this for a long time and when it eventually needs replacing, I will buy another one.
