I watch my neighbor struggle with a different make of rechargeable edger and realize how much easier I have it with my EGO. It also does a much nicer looking job.

Does an awesome job of edging has a lot of power takes a while to get used to. I ended up not needing it so I sent it back

I found that it works better when sod is dry. It does take significant effort to hold in place and on track. You have to keep significant downward pressure to achieve good results.

I am addicted to the ego tools. This edger caps off my ego set up. Ego easily handles anything I can throw at it. I’m not a professional landscaper. I’m just a homeowner that likes to get out and give my yard the extra bit of TLC it deserves.

I have been waiting for 4 months for a warranty replacement on a battery. I was told on 2 occasion this would be escalated and NOTHING has come from the calls - NO call back.They use spurious claims such as an on-line registration is not a registration, you need to have a paper copy of your original bill of sale! If a manufacturer lets you register on-line and uses the serial number to validate the equipment, what would you keep paper receipts for years.Attempts to reach a corporate contact were fruitless. Made overseas and customer service is no more than a FAQ with a live voice.Very disappointing experience.
