My 15 year old daughter is very crafty and likes to crochet and do other time consuming art projects like paint by numbers. I had a similar scratch painting product show up in my Facebook feed and thought she would love doing one. I don't remember what it cost but like most things, I went over to Amazon to see what they offered and this offered more pieces for a lower price. The Van Gogh 4 pack caught my eye because she previously enjoyed a paint by numbers for his Almond Blossoms work plus this seemed like a great value for 4 pieces.She opened this on Christmas day and was immediately very interested. She was not familiar with the scratch art products and this was the first gift she began to engage with. I don't know how she has the patience for this but she said it was "very satisfying" to scratch off to reveal the colors and the work of art. She was very slow and careful with it and 3 days later she finished the first one (Starry Night) and said really enjoyed it. For the price, I don't know that I could spend that amount of money on anything else that would keep a teenager occupied for that long. I highly recommend for the right person!

Bought this for my art obsessed daughter for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. It's very pretty and fun to make.

At this time I have only completed two of these. The street scene is covered with plastic wrap to protect it and that is making it look a bit muted. I took the pic of the night sky before adding the plastic wrap. The package and items arrived in great shape. I have no complaints. It's exactly as advertised.

This is really cool. I will say however the tools aren’t as easy to use as you’d expect. My favorite one is the wooden tool, works the best. I wish the golden tip worked better.

The lines marking where to scratch don’t line up with the pictures very well, so when you scratch it off you end up with too much or too little. You also have to work harder to scratch it off than I like as the scratch paint is too hard.

I haven't done scratch art before but these are really fun to work on! I like uncovering the image little by little and it's very meditative and calming to work on these. I love that they're famous paintings as well because the finished piece can actually be hung up on the wall. Love it!

Very fun thing to do while you catch tv. The black can also scratch off so you do need to be careful. Comes with multiple tools for different spaces. Definitely love all the patterns, pretty big size too.

While it states that these are A4 they are actually A3. I brought them as I had some A4 frames i wanted to use up. Oh well!!. It just means I will gave to buy new frames. I very much love doing the scratch foil engraving kits. And am looking forward to doing this too. What a wonderful of enjoying a Van Gogh.
