Works fine on my Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4630. I can rip one check out of my checkbook and print it from my computer. The Epson can't directly print on something as small as a check. I jammed the printer 10 times out of 11 trying to make my own forms carrier (this adhesive is way better than what I tried). It took about a dozen test trials (with blank paper cut to check size) but it worked fine. I used the same form every time. The adhesive releases fine, just like yellow sticky notes. I have two checks I print out every month exactly the same except for the date. This is much nicer.

The third check on a page of 3 is too narrow for the printer (ink jet or laser) to guide through the printer. By attaching that check to this guide with the "built-in" adhesive strips, that single check is converted into an 8.5x11 unit that the printer easily manages.Ingenious! It works!

I had my doubts about this working, but it works just as they claim. I put the adhesive strip savers back on after I print my check and can reuse the same sheet. I haven't used them much as yet to know how long one sheet will last, but I imagine it depends on how you take care of the sheet as well. I like them!!!!

To use, two strips of paper have to be removed from the sticky sections of backing paper that hold a partial page in place. Then to save the backing for another use, the two strips of paper have to be replaced. Works well to keep partial pages of checks from "wiggling" as they go through the printers paper feed. I've tried using glue stick to temporarily hold a partial page of checks to a full blank page and these definitely work better than that but require a little extra hassle.

I have a Canon laser printer that balks at printing single checks out of QuickBooks. The forms leader is the perfect solution until I replace the printer with one that works. Have not experienced a single paper jam or damaged check so far; the check comes out perfectly aligned every time. Many uses (20 or more) from a single leader. Simple to use, but requires some attention to detail to get everything lined up.

Doesn't print on the check. Looks the same as leader from another company, but prints off every time

I ordered the egp forms leader and the egp laser taxi. I found out the egp forms leader is also the egp laser taxi. So now I have plenty of these.
