Cartridge Use Limit
- Each replacement cartridge lasts about 6-8 weeks depending on the frequency of use. This 6-8 weeks is equivalent to about 40 gallons of filtered water. If you are unsure when to replace your water filter, we recommend that you use our EHM pH kit drops to test the pH. A reduced pH implies it is time for a change.

We drink alkaline water. It's good for your body, and alkalinity tends to keep you healthier and safer from viral illnesses and cancers, according to the research. Whether you believe that or not, the water is very good. We use this and a large Zero water, and the children drink the water, preferring it both over bottled water or, of course, the chloirinated spigot water. We buy the filters in a 3-pack, and I'm not sure if they make a Universal filter, but looking, and based on the sizes of the others I've seen, I was unable to find a size that was interchangeable. The filters are about 30.00 a pack, for 3, and arrive in 1 day. We like the pitcher. And we will continue to buy the filters.

I buy these filters because I need alkaline water. These filters do not disappoint. I periodically check the quality and it is always alkaline. I trust this brand to use in my pitcher and will not buy another. The price is amazing for a 3 pack so you are never without.

I love the alkaline water filtration system. It fits in my refrigerator beautifully, the water tastes even better after it's been filtered by the system! I use it for all of our drinking water, and cooking. Not sure how long I have used this one pitcher, But I would guess to say is more than five or six years. It is still in great condition today. You will buy the cartridge filters replacing it every 3 months which is an extra expense. But it is well worth the investment. Alkaline water is great for your body and was my goal when I bought it.

I normally like these filters. They filter the water quickly, are not outrageously expensive, etc. Unfortunately a 3-pack I purchased a few months ago had a broken filter and of course it's the last one I opened to returning is no longer an option.

I needed replacement filters for my water pitcher. These fit as they should and provide proper filtration for my filter. I bought the pitcher and filter about 1.5 months ago. Water began to taste off. Bought new filters and its back to as it was when I first bought it. The package suggested about 6-8 wks before needing to be replaced and it appears to be spot on. I drink about 4 liters a day, about 47 gallons and the last couple of pitchers were off tasting. It does the job and provide good quality water.
