It works and does erase, but you have to use a wet paper towel and rub pretty hard, and it might smear a little. I have not tried erasing after something has been on there a long time.

I was a little unsure about using them on my creami containers in the freezer, but they worked great and didn’t smear.

These are perfect in every way! Easy to write on and erase if you make a mistake. Also easy to peel off and redo if needed. Great value and comes with decent market too!

These labels definitely stick very well. I got them to label my herb planters. But unlike other adhesive chalkboard contact sticker paper... It is almost impossible to wipe off what you have written on there and write something else on there. I thought it might have been the white chalk markers that they sent so I tried some chalk markers of my own. And I have my entire freezer covered in chalkboard contact paper. Usually all I have to do is hit it with some Windex or rubbing alcohol and it comes right off. But trying to wipe off these labels with everything in my house I was not able to actually remove what was written on there prior... I just had to write over it. They do come off decently okay and reattach but the part where you can erase and reuse them? Not as great as it seems. But that might not matter to everybody. It didn't matter that much to me which is why I still gave this 4 stars. Shipping was fine. Seller is fine. :-) just figured that people might want to know that they are a little bit hard to reuse

Adheres well to jars or lids. Easy to remove or clean dor reuse. Would prefer less large labels.
