At 19mm . . not as stiff as, say, a 22mm bar, but I'm OK with it. This bar enhances grip versus the stock 17mm bar. I didn't want to change the handling of my MINI Cooper S (R53) too much. I'm happy!

This was an awesome addition to my Mini, and the price was great compared to other options. Installation sounds difficult, but it really wasn't. Use a jack to get the rear subframe back up in place.

This is a great upgrade overall for any R53. However, using the included bushings in the factory clamps will cause the sway bar to bind and twist the bushings. One way to correct this is to use multiple washers between the clamp and the subframe to prevent it from clamping too tightly around the sway bar. Another way is to order generic greaseable 19mm sway bar bushings.
