My son needed limestone for his isopods. This worked great…..he is happy and the isopods are happy.

Got my bag and I was expecting bigger rocks. However the size is very small. I was hoping to add them to my fish tank to help with raise Ph. Fits in a small mesh bag. I wanted to use them as decor for the fish tank and centerpiece. In the meantime, I'll see how it goes and if it helps stabilize the ph for my ten gallon tank.

I added them in a lottery mix of powder blue, orange, and dairy cow isopods. Look nice inside their enclosure.

Great source for geologist prepared mineral specimens at a fair price!

I got these to help with the low ph on my tank. They are so small they have no affect.

Since Amazon got rid of the reply feature I thought I should post something for fish tank hobbyists. Limestone increases ph. The reviewer that said these are too small and have no effect to “lower†ph is sadly mistaken. They should not post negative 1 star reviews when they don’t know what they’re talking about. Fish such as African cichlids need a higher ph than most freshwater fish. Limestone helps to increase that. Aragonite sand and other calcium rich decor will also help raise it. No wonder they are mad that it’s not lowering their ph. Smh
