Purchased these to ad a little bit of laboratory credibility to my coffee brewing setup. They do the trick. Seem to be well made and durable.

These spoons/spatulas are my go to utensils when weighing small amounts. They are long enough to reach the bottom of a 2 kg chemical container. I use the other end as a scraper for glassware residue in the lab. They are sturdy, stainless, and resistant to acids and bases for short term exposure. I haven't kept them in acidic or alkaline solutions for very long so I can't speak to how they would react long term.

I got these to replace a set of spatulas I'd been using when dealing with spices in the kitchen. As soon as I pulled them out of the packing, I grabbed a magnet to make sure they were actually stainless. They are. Then, it was off to the kitchen for a little testing. So far, they've handled every spice I've cooked with, they clean up very well and I haven't gotten any hint of a metallic taste in my cooking for quite some time.I don't know how well they work in a lab but I do know I've been pretty happy with them in the kitchen.

Excellent set of long spoons. Perfect for stirring viscous liquids without bending. Able to stand in a 4000ml beaker with handle protruding above the rim. Wont break like glass rods, and can still guide a pour.
