1000ml capacity Pear Shaped Separating Funnel, made of high quality borosilicate glass. Funnel has a 29/32 size socket and includes an interchangeable plastic stopper. PTFE key stopcock. Ungraduated.
This funnel measures approximately 15.5" long, and 4.25" wide. Neck diameter measures approximate 1.2".

This squibb does exactly what it was intended for. Just be extra carefull handling it.The drain off spot is rather long and would definitely be the first thing you'd break.Be gentle washing it. I use a slushy mix of baking soda and white vinegar and carefully shake and spin the slush around. About 1/2 - 3/4 cup of generic baking soda and maybe a cup and a half of vinegar.Rinse well. Air dry.

Changing and cleaning the oil from a vacuum pump was a real chore until I found this separator. The job is now a breeze with no wasted oil and removing virtually all water contamination we previously contended with.

Funnel is made of thick glass and the ptfe stopcock is easy to use to start and stop the flow. Shipping was quick and packed well.

the drain hole at the bottom of the funnel was slightly offset, preventing it from draining properly. i only realized it after clogging the draincock several times.
