(7'x9' grey) There were plenty of cheaper sun shades on Amazon. These have stainless D rings and the stitching is superior. This sun shade is excellent quality. Measured out to be almost perfect to the size listed. I'm pretty sure it will stretch that 1" variance when I hang it and pull the wrinkles.I was worried that the folds wouldn't come out without over stretching it. Not so. Just laying it out on the floor I saw some of the folds were almost gone. Very satisfied.Wish they offered one in white?

So far Waterproof, High wind proof, really great; allows breeze in when you can't bear the sun's heat.Hopefully shade will hold up for the future! Instructions need improvement for good installation. Check YouTube.

I love this shade sail...for the most part. I'm happy I got the cloud design instead of a white or very light solid color. I think that would have been too glary. It was very hard to install. The only way to get it stretched flat would be to use a ratchet. Be sure to install with a slope if you leave it up year-round. It collects water and if I put it up flat I would have an overhead pond since it is waterproof and doesn't leak. However, moisture does collect on the underside and there are some droplets. I want to clean it somehow before summer as the dirt collected and made a dirty circle on the topside where the water collected. I may try to stretch it after cleaning it. Overall, I'm pleased.

These are very well made and durable. We made them as tight as we could get them and they’re great for shade on our deck. We knew they wouldn’t be waterproof, but we found out just how much water gets through when we had a surprise rain storm. Just know that.

It is waterproof AND stretches. It will trap and hold large amounts of water, stretching to form pools that can be very heavy. You must hang at an angle (ideally corner to corner) to allow water to drain. The only way to fasten is at the corners, so you can’t really “tent†it in the middle or along the sides. I haven’t been able to make it work - and have to take it down when it rains which defeats the purpose of being waterproof.

Works fine for us... It does stretch after rain and wind storm... Will need to readjust, but haven't had to do it more then twice. So all good so far...I used different screws and I purchased jet-ski tie-downs... Can ratchet it much easier and extremely strong tie down...The rope stretchs easier.Contemplated steel wire as well...This works for quick release...Definitely make the fourth corner lower for rain drainageHope this helps...

I have been using this 16'x16' sun shade now for the second season, and the material appears durable and is waterproof. It provides good shade and looks nice as well. Just be sure to install it properly to ensure a big wind gust doesn't rip out your attachment points.
