Took stain well, no hassles, provides strong 45 degree bracing while adding some class to an otherwise unpretentious gazebo. Withstood the worst Helene could throw at it.

these brackets are absolutely stunning. You can use them for so many different types of architectural detailing. We used them to build a clients outsdoor trellis and they were perfect!!

The brace came clean and smooth. They were for the most part symmetrical. They would have looked great with marine varnish but my structure was already painted so I primed and painted mine.

I was absolutely pleased with the workmanship and quality of the wood. Smooth, clear of knots and ready for paint.If I could give it more stars I would have. I don't see any downside to thesesupports. I highly recommend!
