Your cart is empty.Our ceiling medallion collections are modeled after original historical patterns and designs. Our artisans then hand carve an original piece. Being hand carved each piece is richly detailed with deep relief, sharp lines, and a truly unique touch. That master piece is then used to create a mould master. Once the mould master is created we use our high density urethane foam to form each medallion. The finished look is a beautifully detailed, light weight, solid construction, focal piece. The resemblance to original plaster medallions is achieved only by using our high density urethane and not vacuum formed, "plastic" type medallions. - Medallions can be cut using standard woodworking tools to add a hole for electrical or a ceiling fan canopy. - Medallions are light weight for easy installation. - They are fully primed and ready for your paint. The ceiling medallion really helped pull the space together for a finished look.We did need to remove some thickness from the center in order for our light fixture to thread to the ceiling hook, but it was very easy to carve away with a dremmel, and easily score with an utility knife.We just used the ceiling light plate to hold it to the ceiling as it is very lightweight, but you could also use a small dab of caulk if you wanted to permanently attach it.The pre-primed/unfinished came in a clean white color.

Prepaint, add some adhesive, install, thin line of caulk and then touch up paint. Done in no time and looks great. Installed a couple.

This is a quality item if you want to dress up a more traditional ceiling. I've ordered them several times for my apartment building and the results have been elegant and impressive. I use them particularly when installing new ceiling fan. These quickly add a touch of class. They're worth every penny!

I installed this today, and it's gorgeous. It's big enough to fit my Hunter ceiling fan housing top, and several of the other styles were not big enough. (My fan housing is 6.5"+ a smidge).Super light weight, and pre-primed. Mine took ceiling paint well, in one coat, and dried quickly. I secured it with just some calk, and I further calked the edge, so it looks great now. I did look at the other, plainer one, as it too has a large flat area for the fan housing, but this one is not fussy at all, and from the floor, it looks nice, without being too fancy for the room. (Kitchen).Others said that flatter one was like a paper plate, too, and I worried about sagging. This one has sufficient detail, that it's not flat anywhere but the very center, and I don't believe sagging will be an issue. The calk should be enough to keep the edges sealed up.

for Liv Rm ceiling fan; was on my front porch in about 1 week; nice to have something in the house that didn't come from Home Depot; I hand painted it w/ 2 colors incl gold metallic highlights. looks good.

Very pretty. The details of the "flower petals" on the molding are very good (they are deep and nicely carved). I am going to have installed by the electrician along with a new light fixture. Two coats of rustoleum spray paint in white semi-gloss, and it looks way more expensive than it is. Nice item, but please be advised that it does not come with any hardware, such as finishing nails, etc. You will need to get those on your own. Also, some light fixtures require a longer electrical nipple when installing because the medallion adds width. You will need to get that at the hardware store also.

We live in a 1914 home and I was looking for a medallion to cover some ceiling cracks around the light fixture in our sunroom. This was a great price and hit the historic/vintage style without seeming too gaudy. Easy to install and it matched our white ceiling without needing any painting. Definitely recommend!

I ordered the primed medallion hoping it would match my ceiling so I didn’t need to paint it and it matched! I absolutely love how it turned out and it really makes such an elegant statement. Now I want to get more for my other ceiling fixtures.

Obsessed. I get so many compliments on this! And it saved me from having to repaint my ceiling so win win 😅 we took down an old fan in our dining room and there was a yellow stain under it, so until we’re ready to redo our kitchen, this covered the stain perfectly! But I think even after that we will put it back up! It’s light and easy to install! And could definitely be painted to match ! I feel like it’s the perfect detail to any space! Highly recommend!

We are very, very pleased it is solid, so easy to put up and most of all I didn’t have to paint it. The colour is the same as the white ceiling.It really dresses up the dining room. We bought 2 more to put up in the hallway and kitchen. Really recommend this medallion. Don’t buy cheap medallions, remember you get what you pay for.
