We did not use adhesive because the chandelier is holding it perfectly in place. It arrived undamaged, and correct color. We ordered white.

I am so pleased with how this project turned out. I decided to spray the entire medallion with a Rust-oleum Metallic paint and primer spray paint in Flat Chestnut. Then I added gold accents using a DecorArt Metallic Lustre Gold Wax on the raised areas of the medallion. The result was stunning! It looks fabulous when the light from my ceiling fan shines on it. The product was easy to install. The electrician had to cut the center hole a little to fit the fan's transmitter but it was easy to cut.The canopy I have was 6 1/4" and it fit perfectly inside of the flat surface (inside the area with the circle of beads ) He attached it with only the fan canopy, no glue or screws. It it staying put and shows no gaps. I am thinking about getting another of these medallions for my dining room.

This is amazing. It looks SO beautiful in my dining room. It's lightweight, easily heald up by the light we chose but could be stuck on with double sided thick tape if you wanted. I love this. It adds so much character! I found others in big name hardware stores for around $50+....this was a great price and super quick shipping! Better than I imagined...would order againg for SURE!! It's perfection!!! We get so many compliments on it!

Redoing the living room/dining room and replacing old ceiling fans with medallions. Wanted to increase from a 16" medallion to these 20" ones. They are beautiful and lightweight but seem sturdy. Except that they are very thick and extend down from the ceiling, meaning you have to use very long bolts to attach the ceiling fan which makes it less secure and adds the possibility of wobble. Additionally, the center opening is much smaller than standard and although they say you can use woodworking tools to alter that, it wasn't worth trying to do that as it was too thick to begin with. Sadly, I had to return them.

This medallion is lightweight, very rich in color and has a lot of intricate detail. It’s a perfect size to make a statement. Order it… You will not be disappointed.

The Vienna medallion is simply beautiful! Could not be happier with it. It arrived carefully packaged, is light weight, and was very easy to paint. I ordered the primed one and used Rust-Oleum 2X semi gloss white spray paint to match the white trim in our home. It will make such a statement with our dining room chandelier.

Love this! Very lightweight. Did not use anything to attach to the ceiling, just the small plate covering for the light fixture. Only gave it four stars for installation just because it did require two persons to install the fixture and medallion at the same time. I easily painted it so it would match my distressed light fixture. Will definitely order more for other areas of the farmhouse.

I ordered 4 of these. They all arrived in perfect condition wrapped in bubble wrap. Very easy to install ... a good blob of carpenters glue with a couple of screws (probably overkill since the medallions weight near to nothing.)Finished with some white acrylic caulking all around. Looks so "purdy"!!!If you're looking to add some character to your home, Ekena Milworks has some lovely items.P.S. I would recommend painting/staining the medallion on a flat surface BEFORE installing it ... trust me!

Arrived when it said it would. Wasn’t damaged, easy to install, I love it.Just be sure to get the right size for your room.Easily paintable and makes the room look elegant for clients at my lash and nail salon.Photo included, would definitely buy again, and would recommend.

I bought this to hide a hole in the ceiling from the previous owners doing a crappy job of putting in a light fixture. It is super lightweight, looks expensive (although it is not) and it came with the hole pre cut. Happy I made the purchase
