My new wheelchair, much to my surprise, came not with nuts and bolts, but with hex screws. Eventually you need to do a bit of tightening, and I was at that point. Mostly I shopped this on price. It's made in the USA. It fit just perfectly. It doesn't chip, bend, or torque itself round. It seems to be of excellent material.
