Used to get rashes all the time with the stock silicon strap. This nylon band is way better, basically no more rashes now. It's very comfortable and you barely notice the bulkier-than-Garmin case for the screen.

It looks good but was very uncomfortable on my wrist. The plastic that holds the garmin dug into my skin. If you have a bigger wrist it should be ok.

The hard plastic housing is huge and uncomfortable. I bought the Vivosmart 5 because it is lower profile, but the factory strap is uncomfortable. THIS strap is not the answer. The elastic band is nice, but it is twice as bulky as the factory strap, and the corners of the hard plastic housing dig into your wrist.

Pros: The original silicone band was very uncomfortable -- my wrist always felt wet, and the silicone would stick to my wrist. Yuck. This fabric band is an improvement over the silicone band. This band feels more like fabric -- dries quickly and is soft. Doesn't stick to my skin.Cons: The hard plastic housing that the watch face clips into is big. It covers my whole wrist. Altho the original silicone band was uncomfortable against my skin, it was nice and small. This fabric band is comfortable against my skin, but its hard plastic housing for the watch face is big on my wrist.

I'm relieved to finally have something that isn't silicone. The band is soft and adjustable with one hand. The plastic case is necessarily unweildy due to the garmin design, but it's suitably protective and the fob snaps nicely into place. It's particularly great for exercise and sleeping. I just wish there were a few more colors but the basics work well with most outfits.

The hard plastic case that the tracker goes in it terribly uncomfortable. The claps dig in the skin. It’s big and bulky. It makes an already large tracker even bulkier on the wrist. What’s worse, this is the only third party company that makes bands for the vivosmart. Come up with a different material for the case and these bands would be worthwhile

I bought this so I could put my Garmin vivosmart 5 not only on my wrist, but also around my ankle sometimes, and it works.But it needs improvement. The plastic housing is bulkier than it needs to be. The biggest issue is the corners of the lugs are sharp! They scratch, and I had to file the corners down after they left a cut on me.

Installation was quick and easy and it snaps in very solid. However the plastic is a bit cheap feeling (like a high end 3D printer) and the band is very thin/low quality for the price. I ended up buying an 18mm nylon band separately, but otherwise happy.

I think as they appear to be the only company doing a 3rd party strap replacement for this watch they charge what they like..The plastic watch holder is cheap yet seems robust enough to do the job.The "strap" is certainly designed for those with a smaller / med wriston my slightly larger than normal person wrist even at it's most expansive is still quite snugstitching on the strap seems like it'll holdoverall quality feels like it's made in china on the cheap - then as i said at the start as they're the only ones who make a 3rd party strap that isn't the horrid silicone ones they can charge what they like.is it worth almost half the cost of the actual watch?? physically NO not a chancebutif like me no matter how much you took care to move your watch around kept your wrists dry, silicone watch strap clean of any dead skin (and BOY does it accumulate on those straps) - you STILL got silicone watch strap rash then had 7-10 days of leaving it to heal before the skin peeled off (ewwww)then yes this watch strap is worth itworn it for 3 days so far and felt that was good enough to write a reviewbreathable - so no wrist rash = winning and has made it worth the moneynext time i buy a watch i'll be sure to see what strap replacements are out there tho before buying

Das Armband lässt sich gut im Armumfang regulieren. Optisch sieht die Platikhalterung für das Garmingerät (bei schmalen Armgelenken) etwas zu groß aus, doch es bleibt auf der richtigen Position, so daß die Anwendungen funktionieren. Einzig beim An- und Ausziehen des Armbandes kratzen die Ecken des Plastikgeäuses etwas auf der Haut.
