My daughter needed these for dance. She has had them about 6 months and they are holding up well. They are adjustable and were recommended by her dance studio. Highly recommended!

I love these bands! They are great for an easy stretching routine as a bonus they are easily packable, you can take them anywhere. We recently took them when we went on a ski vacation and they were wonderful to stretch out after a long day on the slopes. At home I use them every night and I’d love that they have pictures of different exercises right on the band.

I received two identical bands. The colors are super cute and so are the silhouette figures on the band. It isn’t very well-made though the loops are attached with a single stitch across that seems a little iffy (some of the stitches arrived frayed). The elastic is definitely stretchy, it’s only been a week of use so I hope it holds up for some deeper stretching.

Fühlen sich gut an und geben zumindest mir ein besseres Gefühl als die Gummibänder. Gesamtlänge ca. 140cm, damit sollte so einiges machbar sein. Benutze sie um meine kaputte Schulter wieder beweglich zu bekommen, dafür sind sie super. Durch die einzeln abgenähten Teilstücke kann man die Bänder in der Länge benutzen wie man es benötigt ohne sie mehrfach um die Hand wickeln zu müssen.Einige Übungen sind auf der einen Seite des Bandes abgeduckt (gestickt?), schlechte als ein „Handbuch“, aber man kann erkennen was gemeint ist.Für mich 5 Sterne wert.

Elastici per allenamento a corpo libero. La confezione include un set di due pezzi, uno rosa ed uno blu, quindi ci si può anche allenare in coppia.Sono suddivisi in 11 sezioni (suddivisi da cuciture) e questo permette sia di ridurre gradualmente la resistenza dell'elastico sfruttando i vari anelli, sia di adattarne rapidamente la lunghezza alla propria altezza o all'esercizio che si vuole eseguire, senza dover avvolgere l'elastico intorno al polso o alla gamba ed offrendo inoltre una presa più comoda e pratica.Ogni sezione presenta anche dei ricami, che rappresentano degli esercizi, quasi a voler dare indicazione che quella determinata lunghezza può essere adatta ad uno specifico esercizio. Dall'altro lato invece sono ricamati i numeri, come un promemoria per non dover ogni volta andare a cercare la lunghezza adatta a noi se l'abbiamo già trovata in precedenza.La qualità mi sembra buona, si possono usare per svariati esercizi (Yoga, Pilates...) e spero che durino nel tempo. In caso di lavaggio consiglio una temperatura molto bassa per evitare di andare ad allentare la componente elastica del tessuto (trattasi di cotone poliestere).
