The helicopter is clearly used and not new . It’s missing a screw where the batteries go , the remote is not working and has a dent in it since people drained the battery of it, filled with scratches and stains . My son was so excited to get it just to get one that doesn’t work . Now I need to go all the way to return this one to not get charge twice for the replacement of someone else’s mistake . Horrible

Unfortunately I thought this helicopter would fly. The blades rotate. It has all the sounds and lights that would entice a 3 year old. Not for any child any older

My son loves it. But the top blade don't really turn anymore. It is designed so if the blades are at high speed and a child touchs it it will stop without hurts them. However if they do this repeatedly then it trips the blade and then the blade will not stay on. I'm thinking JB weld[joking]. Other than that it works good and it's loud.. very annoying.. I mean loud. And the lights are bright. Ho1pe this helps

Mar 2024 first review: Overall, this is one of the better made ones. But like the others, there is no volume control. Also, since the LEDs on the propeller blade (only one blade has LEDs) needs to be powered through the shaft, it is very sensitive to lighting the blade up or run with no lights. Or even run slower. The user will just have to tap the propeller a bit at a time to connect, and to turn the unit fast, or slow.Sep 2024 update: Early summer, we had an email from the vendor explaining the several deficiencies of this musical helicopter. But nothing more was said about replacing it. Now, the bottom switch collapsed inside, and the spring contact for the propeller does not make good contact anymore, so, mostly, there are no lights on it. I was able to disassemble the unit and snapped the switch back into place and even applied glue to hold it in place better.

I purchased this toy for a 4 year old boy and he was so excited with it that he wore out the batteries in a matter of days! It has a remote control for making the blades whirl and the lights to flash but does not fly so no worries!

My 2 year old broke this within the first day - by holding onto the rotor blades (not an unexpected move). He totally loves it, so am not going to return it, but you are getting what you pay for... There's a headlamp which displays a doggy if you shine it on a nearby surface which is a nice touch. I wish they would charge more and build it properly.
