I bought this with my wife in mind because she had been using a thumb trackball and was complaining about joint pain in her thumb. She tried it and loved the large size but just couldn't get used to using her fingers to operate the ball. After she decided it was not for her, I tried it and I took liked the large platform but I couldn't get used to how narrow the right click button was. I did not like how the scroll wheel crowded my thumb. While I have small hands for a man, I have a fat thumb knuckle and it just did not work for me. I like the concept of using my fingers to move the ball and the unit seems well made, I am sure I would have kept it had the right button been wider. I sent it back and today ordered another thumb trackball.

Got this replace a Kensington trackball, which I got to replace a Kensington trackball, etc., etc. Seems like they only last a year or so. I decided to try a different brand, and I'm glad I did. This mouse is solid, seems better built than any Kensington mouse I've ever owned. Simple, intuitive. I plugged in the wireless node, and it was ready to use. Plenty of buttons for multiple uses, a scroll wheel. I've been using it for two weeks now, and I love it.
