This is a relatively fast meat grinder that creates quality ground meat from solid pieces. We use it for chicken and beef, and we are able to recreate the texture of store-bought hamburger meat and chicken patty meat.The product is designed very well in a simple manner that allows it to be easy to use as well as very sturdy. There aren't any additional moving parts that don't need to, and it is also very simple to keep it clean. It is definitely important to me to keep this thing clean because we are dealing with raw meat. I am able to spray it down with an all-purpose cleaner and wipe it clean. It resists rust and also leaves no streaks behind.The grinder functions very well and is able to get me the product that I need. I use it for hamburgers, sausage, kabob meat, and to make our own very popular chicken patties that rival the best fast food ones if you ask me!Overall the product does its job very well, can easily grind up several pounds of meat, and creates a consistent grind that can be used together in large recipes. The uniformity of the processing means your hamburgers and sausage will be the same texture throughout. That's probably my favorite thing about this grinder. Other ones I've tried caused me to end up with various textures throughout one grinding job.Overall this is a great way to get ground meat, it's easy to save money because ground beef is several dollars more per pound than the meat it comes from, and it's cool to get creative with it and learn to make new recipes.

If there are 2 words I can use to describe this meat grinder, it is: money saver.Picture this, you go to buy ground beef and notice that all of it is $15 and higher but they have on sale beef steaks for $5. You know, because you have a meat grinder at home that you can buy the on sale beef steaks and grind them into the ground beef needed. Already, you saved ten dollars!This is what this meat grinder helps you achieve. Not only that, but it is in fact easy to use, especially for those who are learning for the first time how to use a meat grinder and it is easy to clean. Using it, it doesn't overheat, and the quality of the blades plus the machine as a whole is top-notch. Almost professional.

So far, I've only used the grinder function, but I do plan on trying to make sausages soon. But as far as the grinder goes, it works incredibly well. It's small but POWERFULL. I had some deer in the freezer that I defrosted and placed in the grinder; it ground well with no problems at all. I've also ground some pork, beef, chicken and turkey. The turkey took a little longer than the other meats to ground for some reason, but it still came out well. Most importantly, clean up was super easy.I'm loving this so much, and I can't wait to try out the other functions on this. I will update when I do. As of now, this gets 5/5 stars!

If you want to get into the grinding game, this is a great entry level machine. We've used it for grinding sirloin, turkey, and pork. No issues. I haven't tried to use it to stuff sausage yet, but it's very simple to use and easy to clean up. If you're going to use it for processing a whole animal, I'd probably get something a little beefier.

I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this exceeded it. This little meat grinder is built well, it has some heft to it, the various adapters are good quality. This did an excellent job grinding up a combination of hamburger and sausage for homemade pierogies. As long as you let the machine do the work and don't force it, it works really well. Very easy to change the grinding blades as well. It's a meat grinder so cleaning it is what it is, I knew that going in, and that wouldn't change my opinion either way. Follow the instructions, even watch some videos for tips when grinding meats. This is our first grinder and he's only used it for one recipe so far but it worked great, I'm pretty impressed with it, and even though as a Vine member I received it at no cost, I think it's a value at the current price. Recommended.

First of all I like the compact size of this new grinder since I already have several appliances in the kitchen and this one doesn't take a lot of spaceSince I had one of these devices before I know how to operate it and in my opinion is very simple and straightforwardThe device includes 3 interchangeable blades (coarse, medium and fine) made in stainless steel. They are very thick, heavy and very sharpIt also comes with a stuffing tube to fill sausagesThe machine is not loud at all when it's working and the motor seems to be very powerful because I grinded beef that was half frozen without any problemI especially like the ease of use and that some of the parts are dishwasher safe.I will not have to eat mystery sausages anymore since I can make my own in a simple and easy way, knowing and choosing the ingredients I want

The mincer at first glance does look flimsy, however upon using it proved to be very sturdy,The mincer was easy to assemble and instructions very few but its not complicated. It minced over a kilo of beef in a few minutes. perfect. a lot quicker than the manual mincer I used to have. It was easy to disassemble and clean. I left the pieces to soak for a few mins and it made it easier.One note do not test the sharpness of the blade with your thumb it will cut it.

I've never done my own ground beef before but I took the plunge and bought this beauty. It was amazing and so easy to use. I would highly recommend it!
