This is a great stove top for a small kitchen with no stove. It heats up quickly and cools down fast with the aid of an internal fan when turned off. It is very easy to clean. Make sure that it is plugged in to at least a 15amp service. Highly recommended!

I’ve had this for a month and cook on it daily. For the last week I’ve gotten a E6 error every time I use it and it shuts off and beeps. When I look it up it tells me there is a short in the wiring. Buyer beware!!! I bought this because it had more wattage than the other 2 I have and would heat up faster and higher heat. Little did I know it would only last 3 weeks before it broke.

Really easy and intuitive. Flexible installation options, either in the counter or on top of the counter. Like the fact that you don’t need special pots or pans. Heats fast and cools down quickly when finished using. Easy to clean as well.

I tried to just make a simple dish like instant ramen. Water took awhile to boil but made it fine just a linger process and I tried again making just scrambled eggs and it made them fine, I guess it's just the heating up. It took several minutes for my pan to get hot. So it works, just slow

I've had this for a while but due to the nature of the product, really wanted to get this review right.So let's get the negative out of the way first, because this is very important: there are absolutely no markings on the box, product, or manual to indicate this has met safety requirements. You have likely seen these symbols on various products: CE, SE, UL. These are various safety tests / measures that many products go through to ensure they are safe. I am NOT suggesting this isn't, but considering how hot this gets it is important to note this. It DOES have a quality assurance label on the side from the company itself, so it's up to you what to trust.Having said that, this cooker is actually really nice. Visually its sleek and the touch buttons are very easy to use, and its size makes it easy to move around and carry. Because of the glass surface its easy to clean; simply wipe it down! The power cord could be longer but I've seen shorter.Functionally it heats up incredibly fast. The touch buttons have symbols, and if I'm understanding it correctly one is for frying (the pan symbol) and the other for soups (the pot symbol). Pressing the pan one, this heated up incredibly fast; the surface turned red (a sign its ready) within about a minute or less. It goes from power level 0 to P, with P apparently being the hottest. The top is incredibly hot but the bottom stays cool, thanks to the fan that you can hear running underneath.You can also set a timer for it as well as a child lock should you have this plugged in with curious little ones around.The surface has a lot of area to work with as well. You should be able to fit full size pans and pots on it.I fortunately haven't run into any issues yet, but per the instructions it has fault codes and, while not in the manual that I can find, the listing says it has overheat protection. The instructions do a good job listing what types of pots and pans you can use with it, as well as a long list of safety instructions. It certainly seems like they've taken safety seriously (but no third party to verify).It feels like a solid well made machine. I got this mostly to use at my job where I teach a variety of programs, such as cooking and science experiments, that might require a stove (which we sadly do not have). Overall I am happy with the quality and heat it produces, but I do have to knock off a star for what appears is a lack of CE / UL testing. Without that and more testing I would be concerned about not watching this carefully (which, hey, it's a stove, you should watch it carefully anyway. But I mean extra carefully).

If you planning on having this installed on your countertop be aware that while the unit is plugged you will have an intermittent red dash flickering all the time in both control windows. it might not be a big deal for some but something to be aware of. other than that, the unit looks good and works fine so far.customer service were quick to respond about the issue
