I really like this food processor! The stainless steel bowl is very nice, as I try to reduce plastics that come in contact with my food. I also appreciate the simple, innovative design, which makes it easy to assemble, disassemble and clean. The best thing about this, though, is how great it works! See photos for some onions, celery, and carrots that I had chopped up in less than a minute! Started with chunks 1-2†in length/width and only took 4 to 5 pulses each to get a finely, consistently chopped mirepoix. Didn’t leave a bunch of big, unchopped pieces at the bottom either, like other food processors I’ve used. Between the onions, celery and carrots, there was only one ~1/2 inch piece of onion that didn’t get chopped up. Just super impressed!

Many years ago my wife owned a small hand chopper and used it quite a bit. Then one day, she discovered an electric chopper, but it was still about the same size as her earlier hand chopper. NOW she owns this 1.9 quart chopper and it's made a huge difference in how quickly she can prepare certain dishes. Of particular note, is grinding up pecans around Christmas time for brownies, topping for cheeseballs, and several other uses (salads, pies) and that's just for pecans. It has become one of her favorite tools in the kitchen, and mine, too, since I'm usually tasked with cutting up nuts and strong onions, peppers ... anything she doesn't particularly want to chop! Gives me a chance to help out in the kitchen without having to work too hard. A wonderful tool!!!

I used this last night as more of a chopper than a meat grinder. Now, I don't think I'll use it for that, but it's nice to know. I usually use this to quick chop things - yesterday chopping up 2 hard boiled eggs in a snap to make egg salad. The build quality seems pretty good, the motor snaps on and won't start unless it is connected perfectly (nice safety feature).Overall though, I'm very happy with it. The metal bowl is a nice touch - it feels safer if I were to do anything with raw meat.

I already have a heavy-duty chopper that is a chore to lug out each time I need to use it. This prevents me from using it unless I absolutely need to. But this new Kobach chopper is just the right size for everyday use. It's lightweight and the capacity is small enough to make just what you need for that meal. The motor is strong, and I can chop veggies or grind meat effortlessly. The blades are sharp, so be extra careful! When done using, it's easy to wash.

I have another food processor with plastic bowl. With so many research studies on how micro plastics getting into our body, I have been trying to eliminate as much plastics from my life as possible, and I am so glad I got this food processor with stainless steel bowl! It is very powerful and gets the job done wonderfully for grinding beef, and that is what I mainly use it for. The cleaning is super easy - just put it in the dishwasher and it came out like new again! It also takes a lot less storage room in my cabinet compared to my other food processor. Highly recommend.

If this had been advertised correctly I'd give it at least one more star. As it is, this makes a poor food processor. The lid has no opening for adding ingredients, like you need to do to make mayonnaise or relish or any number of other things I use a food processor for. The motor and the lid need to be lifted to add anything to the bowl. That's not bad for a simple chopper, but it's not a good design for a food processor. It seems durable enough, but lightweight.

This works as advertised once you get it seated correctly and the hang of it. I like machines that are a breeze to use every time. The Kobach electric food processor chopped up apples very quickly. I thought it would work to same a small batch of date paste, but that didn't turn out to be the case. It took much longer than normal to make date paste because the instruction booklet said not to pulse for over 20 seconds at a time, which I did. It bogged down when the dates formed into a date ball. Overall an okay pick for small quick projects, though other machines are less expensive.
