I needed to replace my old electric blanket. I did not think I would find one that was as good.I have three dogs that sleep with me my old one was able to not get bunched up with hot spots. This was as close as I was going to get. There are no wires that I can feel. I do have a flannel sheet over it to protect it from my dogs paws. I love the feel of how soft it is awesome to curl up in its softness. It looks like an expensive bed spread its warmth was amazing. Even when its not on it makes for a great blanket that looks great on the bed it is plenty big enough to cover my bed.big old one had nothing extra over the sides. This drapes over and looks like a well made bed.

I bought this for my mom, she's in her 80's and was complaining about how cold she was at night. Right then I knew what to do. Hopped onto Amazon here and this one really stood out. The price, features and appearance were just right. It arrived 2 days later with Prime.You should have seen her face when she got it. It's been a few nights now and she comments on how warm it is, even after the timer shuts it off. She's been able to get rid of two heavy blankets and is sleeping much better now.The edges are luxurious, very soft and rolled under. I liked that it doesn't have dual controls. The color and plush material are top notch. I didn't notice any weird odors gassing off. I didn't see any wires showing through. It looks exactly like the pictures here, really a nice warm soft blanket.

I would give this -10 stars if I could. Since I received this and use it on really cold nights, I am so itchy. I really thought I had lice and not drinking nearly enough water but I’m 63 and don’t go anywhere. It’s been driving me nuts. I’ve bought allergy medicines, put on creams, , constantly washing my sheets, etc. FINALLY I took a magnifying glass and looked deep into the heating blanket and it’s full of bugs. As an OCD person and extremely clean, I am MORTIFIED!!!!!

This gets so warm and toasty! Super soft and coupled with a comforter, it feels like a weighted blanket. Best purchase of 2024

Great blanket. VERY soft. Love the temperature control and timer. There are so spots that don't get heat because of where the heating elements are but otherwise it is great.

So far it works great. It heats up quickly. You do have to reset the temperature every time you turn it on but once I figured that out, it hasn’t been a problem.

The blanket is very warm. It goes up to a 110°. However, I put it on 90, and that's enough. It lasts for 8 hours and sometimes I have to throw it off me.I would definitely buy and recommend this blanket.
