Well, the grinder itself it’s all right. I think I now that I’ve used it that I wished I would’ve bought one maybe twice that strong powerful if they make one because if there’s very much fat on the meat, it clogs up but it actually works pretty good. OK if now that I know The fact that has that tough strip on it cut that tough strip off and then grind it and it’ll work it works just fine so I gave it four stars. It’s probably a 4 1/2 star if you wanna know the truth it’s pretty good especially for the money And where I live in California hamburger is expensive. It’s at times almost $10 a pound I can buy tri-tip for $3.87 a pound on sale and I can grind it and it makes really good hamburger

Used this the first time today. The unit has a powerful motor and churned through 16 lbs of venison and pork easily. Multiple blades and extrusion plates. Sausages made very effectively. Great buy.

I bought this grinder specifically to make chicken nuggets, and it worked great! I ran the chicken through twice (not really necessary, but I wanted a finer texture), and it was super easy and quick to set up. Some meat did get stuck inside the components, but once I took it apart, cleaning was simple and I didn’t have any waste.My biggest takeaway is to read the manual carefully about which parts are dishwasher-safe. I accidentally put the tray and tube in the dishwasher, and it stripped off much of the powder coating. That was my mistake, and hopefully others can learn from it. I still plan to use the grinder, but I’ll need to address the missing paint first.Another perk is you don’t need to freeze any parts or keep the meat partially frozen for it to work. I found it easier with completely thawed, cubed meat. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase and would recommend it—just be sure to double-check the dishwasher instructions!
