I bought this product because it’s size and weight was great,but the one I received burned up and stopped working after 30 minutes of use so after requesting for a refund the seller reached out to me and apologized for the problem with the product he was very determined and legitimately concerned about me being happy and made whole with another one FOC.The seller refunded me for the first lemon that I got and sent me another one and Wow I’ve got to say! Great pruner,I am so glad the seller reached out to me because I have gotten screwed so many times buying products online but this person went above and beyond to make me happy and didn’t have too.This seller has a lot of faith in the product that was sold to me and knew it was a fluke that I got a bad one.So thanks to the person that made the decision to care about this customer satisfaction.Great product and customer satisfaction definitely worth the price for such quality.

Great until it wasn't. Motor started smoking, something broke and it wouldn't stor until I removed the battery in a panic. Got a replacement and the send one did the same thing. Really awesome for the several minutes it lasted.

As a home DIY person, I was hesistant about selecting power tools out of my comfort zone with brands. When it specifically comes to a garden tool that just for "on call" usage, I elected to give this product a shot. It works well, cut branches at ease, most of time it went to my wife's hand and that's why I lost the ownership of one M18 battery. But, hey, I got a rare chance of approved upgrade to M18 HO battery. Happy wife, happy life.

Originally I was very happy with this pruner, but today was the second time I used it, and it just stopped working! Would like to contact the seller to see if they will do anything about it!Update: Customer service was nice and quick to respond. They provided a new item, and it's working fine as of now.

I trimmed up a couple bushes around my property and everything was great. Today we got a Christmas tree and started trimming it up and the clippers started getting hot and smoking a lot, had to bring it outside so it it would catch the house on fire. WTF

We already have many batteries to use with this attachment and they work great, no issues there. The shears have just a small LCD screen. There is a delay when turning off and on, and I wish you could close the blades before shutting the machine off, but it’s more of a hold the blades shut and turn it off in order for it to power down closed. These shears make pruning a breeze. Zero physical effort besides holding the machine. It’s not too heavy. Would be wonderful for those aging or with illness that would still like to do the yardwork. I am neither of those and still very much enjoy the easy and afford for pruning outside.

Third time using the item it fried smoke came out and is stuck in the closed position. Have about 2 hours of total use.
