Listed as a 2pack but only received one. Returned it once and was still only shipped one on the second try. Can’t really rate the product itself because I need 2 for the job, Hence why I bought the 2packUpdate: Vendor Made good on sending a second unit to complete the order. Worked great for installing a large piece of glass

Used it to handle large format tile 24x48 inch. Excellent tool! Suction power is perfect, very easy to use, highly recommend

These cups are not deep enough for my use.Not cheap but not worth it eitherDon’t trust the electronics. They have failed on me before. Overall. Waste of money

In the product description it says that I should have received a case for the cup. I didn’t receive any plastic case only a cardboard box that it came in. The pictures and description also said that the gauge would go up to 200 kg. Mine only goes to 150 kg.I’ve only had This cup for about a week. I own a Glass company and will put this cup to work over the next couple weeks. I will update this review after I’ve used it on a few more jobs. Other than the misleading description and missing parts the cups seems to be well built and a solid performer so far.

Ordered the 'glass suction cup' version which comes with one removable manual vacuum pump and one electric vacuum pump, opposed to the 'one piece welding' version, which seems to be one full piece without removable pumps.Comes with 1x suction cup, 1x plastic suction cup cover 1x electric pump, 1x, manual pump,1x small tube of grease (to be used as sealant lubrication), 1x wire tool for gasket replacement, and 1x plastic case.Pressure meter is build into the handle and is easily readable. There's a red zone and green zone, presumably to indicate suction strength. There is a pressure relief valve built into the handle that you push with your thumb to release the suction. The rubber suction cup has a 3-ring system to help it form a seal on your material. instructions suggest using the supplied grease on this o-ring, but I'd rather not leave a giant grease ring on materials i'm working with. I liked the versatility and ease switching between manual and electric pump, simply remove the pump from the housing in the handle and slide the other one in. The manual pump works by simply pumping the top with your thumb and the electric has a simple button to turn it on/off. The electric pump doesn't have an auto-on/auto-off feature, it's simply on/off. My only issue with the design is the case. The clasps are flimsy and it was made for the 'one piece welding' version and as such doesn't have a dedicated place to put the extra pump this version comes with.As far as usage: It obviously works best on firm, nonporous material such as tile, melamine plywood, formica, even exceptionally flat lumber. It works better on these surfaces when they're exceptionally clean or wet to help form a proper seal. I could easily hit the 'green zone' on these materials. Porous or uneven surfaces such as MDF, concrete, and drywall aren't suitable for this tool. I managed to adhere the suction cup to a piece of drywall, but the pressure dial remained in the 'red zone' and I could easily pull the tool off. I couldn't put the '420 lb' claim to a proper test, but it could easily hold 60-80lb items as long as the seal is adequate.This isn't a substitute for a materials handling suction cup, but works perfectly for tile jobs or even installing countertops if you had multiple of these.
