We had to replace our tankless electric water heater in December 2024. After checking various sources that carried these types of water heaters, we asked our nephew if he would help us install a new one when we purchased one. He immediately recommended we get a Ranein. He had recently installed one of these for a friend and was very impressed with the Ranein water heater he had installed. Once we received the water heater, my husband and nephew replaced our old tankless with the new one. The installation went smoothly and quickly. We love that this electric tankless water heater has a digital readout of the temperature which our first one did not. That is a very good feature and it is also easy to adjust the temperature if needed. We would highly recommend this water heater as it saves space and it also saves on electricity which saves us money.

I’m on well water and during winter months my incoming water gets so cold that it overwhelms my hot water tank. I installed this water heater on the front side of my water tank so now I have endless hot water! Works great and easy to install

Update: it trips everyday now. Looking for a new one.So I've had this a few months. Had it professional replaced. No issues for the first couple weeks. Get really hot and seemed to be working fine. However it started tripping the breaker soon after that, totally at random. Sometimes a week, sometime a couple times a week, and sometimes within an hour. This is a lower wattage than the Rheem I replaced, so it can't be the breaker. Last night I was mid lather, covered in soap, it trips.... In the middle of winter. I had to leave the shower in a towel, so outside to flip the breaker so I could rinse off. Thought this was a good replacement, however I'm now thinking I have to replace it. I've had no issues beside the breaker tripping, flow rate, and temp have been great. Just wish it would stop tripping the breaker.

I have a small condo and have gone thru 2 water tanks in the last 10 years. When my last one leaked I decided to go tankless. I called my friendly handyman and he recommended this one. I ordered and he installed. I love It!. It was easy to install (per his feedback) and it has so far been an excellent choice. I always have plenty of hot water (just me living here) it has allowed me to control the water temperature and has given me additional space from that ugly cumbersome tank that I had grown to hate. I am saving money on my electric bill (not huge but it all counts) and the cost to install was much less than buying another tank. All in all I highly recommend this unit to anyone that is considering a tankless unit.It is a 5 Star PLUS.

The water heater itself worked very well for several months. After those several months, ours stopped working. We contacted customer support for this water heater and thier help was less than helpful. We did end up getting a brand new one shipped to us though! The replacement is up and running and still working very well! It gives great water supply and high pressure. The item itself is also very easy to install and is easy to use.

I have wondered for years if these Tankless Water Heaters really work. I had to run two new 8 gauge wire sets (32 foot run) and add two new 40 Amp breakers, pretty easy if you have the space in the main box. Because the old water heater tank busted open, had to take camping showers for a bit but well worth the wait. We are in (Jan. 2025) the cold season here in Oregon but the Ramekin Tankless Water Heater really does the job, and I do love a very hot shower. It’s Great! An added bonus, we have a fairly small washroom and because the old water tank was gone I had room to build a sturdy 38â€x11†shelf directly under the new Tankless Water Heater, more functional room now.

It is great quality for the money. It has easy functions to adjust water temperature. The exchange from a tank to a tankless, really created space and functionality. It seems like a sturdy water heater.

Bought this to replace a 60 gallon water tank and it’s brilliant. I don’t have to keep a tank full of water hot all the time so saving me money. It just heats when and what is needed.Love it

We bought in September 2024 installed it beginning in October worked great at first January of 2025 we had to increase because it wasn't heating like it used to February it completely stopped working we done what the company technician said to do and it didn't work don't buy it unless you like blowing your money

Looks like we are having to un install and return this, heater doesn’t keep water warm enough for a shower even at low pressure.
