I got the 10 bar wifi version. It works great warming and drying the towels. Looks great too. It took me a while to connect to wifi. You have to gently place two fingers over the power button and the temperature button until it reads “00â€, then the app will find the device. The instructions are not clear about this. Don’t push hard on the buttons. After connecting to wifi, it was easy to connect to Alexa and use voice control. Also, there is no SKU number to put on the warranty registration. I couldn’t get customer service to just say whether or not I need a sku number. Kind of frustrating. Still glad to have the product and love the voice control!

Just from seeing how they packaged this towel rack I knew it was going to be good. It was packaged extremely well to ensure its safety upon arrival. This heated towel rack is big, and sturdy. It looks great as it has a more modern look. The best thing about it however is that it does not look like a heated towel rack. It just looks like a normal, decorative towel rack. It heated up extremely well and gets your towels nice and warm. We use this in our hottub house. It is so nice after getting out of the hottub to use a nice warm towel. Bonus points, at the end, we can set the timer and leave our towels/swimsuits to hang and dry as we get in multiple times a day—-no more putting on wet suits!

It not only gets our towels perfectly dry but also keeps them war for those post-shower, cozy moments. Say goodbye to chilly, damp towels!To optimize our experience, I set up the towel warmer on a timer. It runs from 8 pm to 3 am, ensuring that our towels are warm before our evening showers and have time to fully dry afterward. This feature has made our daily routine even more comfortable.The towel warmer boasts a beautiful brushed stainless steel finish, and the welds and joints are clean and smooth. The rack is thermostatically controlled to 155°F, which seems just right. While it's quite hot to the touch, it doesn't seem to pose a burn hazard with brief contact, at least for adults. However, it's important to be cautious, as the metal temperature under a towel can be slightly higher than the parts exposed to the air.Overall we are happy with this product.

We installed them in the new home's bathroom. I don't know how easy it was to install, as it was done by the contractor, but we liked the look and operation of the towel warmer. We made our choice based on the space occupied by the rack and bucket and the convenience of taking towels, and I ended up buying a towel rack instead of a bucket. However, we did not want slow drying to lead to terrible mildewed towel odor. This is the perfect solution. There is enough space to place two towels on it, and they are perfectly sized to install above a toilet. The timer helps you set it and forget it, and the towels come out completely dry. An extra double hook is also handy for robes and washcloths.The customer service at Topdattion is also excellent. The contractor left one of the hooks off. We emailed Topdattion, and they sent us a replacement hook for free with no questions asked.

We purchased the heated towel bar in brush steel. And in black for 2 different bathrooms . We hardwired it versus using an outlet and a plug. The hard wiring was super simple if you can change an outlet you can hardwire it.Pushed the power on, followed the instructions, Voila! super simple.I did watch a video that recommended that you should fold your towel so that there are four layers on each side of the towel rack —that will actually hold in the heat, preventing the heat from dissipating if you hung the towel unfolded…. it seems counterintuitive but it makes sense.I must have if you live anywhere in New England or the PNW!

We have this towel warmer for about 1 month and we love it. I like the temperature settings (most of the days I use it at 135, but on colder days I set it up for higher temperature). There is a trick on how to hang the towel to be toasty after taking a shower. The fact that turns off automatically is a bonus, this way you don’t need to come back and turn it off. Sometimes I use it to dry clothes that do not go in the dryer. Our towel warmer is brushed nickel version and it matches perfectly with knobs and faucets in our bathroom.We love it so much that we just ordered a smaller one for the second bathroom.
