I rec'd my product on the 13th of this month. I started using it on the 22nd and 23rd which it worked well. But on the 24th when I went to use the weed eater it didn't work. I did charge both batteries on the 22nd overnight and on the 23rd I charged the other battery overnight for fully charged batteries, but on the 24th when I placed one of the fully charged batteries into the battery adapter it did not work, so I tried the other battery and tried to start the weed eater and it still did not work. I can't return it because I cut up the box and threw it in the trash because the weed eater worked well in the 22nd and the 23rd of this month. but when I tried using it on the 24th. it would not work. I want to know what resolution can I get for a weed eater that worked for only two days.

I recently purchased a partially cleared 5 acre parcel where I want to clear out some of the underbrush in the wooded area. A lot of it is too big for a weed whacker but too small and awkward for a chain saw. Enter this brush cutter. It's much more than a weed whacker. With two circular saw type blades, and a metal cutting blade, it's perfect for clearing that,"in between" brush. It's lightweight, and handles just like your typical string trimmer. You do need to be aware that you're dealing with a saw blade, not a string, so you need to ease in to the cut to avoid a recoil.I haven't had it long enough to evaluate it's durability but so far it seems to be very well made. Highly recommend.

I like this brush cutter a lot. It’s very light and handy. Not very powerful but cuts up to 1†fine. BUT: Blade will come loose and fly off because blade rotation direction loosens hold-on bolt.

Looks like a great machine but I HATE when I am sent something that has been returned and it’s damaged. So, so obvious. I don’t mind getting returned stuff as long as it’s in the condition I am paying for. I bought this as a new product, full price. It came with a dented arm, broken battery and broken safety goggles. I knew as soon as I opened the box it was a return because of the packaging. I was willing to keep the weed eater until I saw the broken battery. Bummer!

Ist one worked good for a 1/2 hour then it died I purchased a 2nd one haven't used it yey to cold and it snowed and then rained, I will let you know when I use it. Well I used the 2nd one and it quit just like the 1st one, this company needs to fix the ptoblem with there weed eaters.

Feels like a toy. Safety button in a weird spot. Not really what I expected. Not super powerful. Should be $89.00
