I am in the process of digging an 18' x 14' pond in the backyard. I can do the digging but hauling wheelbarrow after wheelbarrow up a slight incline about 50 yards really put the wear on this old back. I discovered the Chore Warrior, watched all of the videos and read all the reviews and decided to order one. Packaging was terrific, instructions were straightforward and parts were well labeled. I had one small issue with assembly and called Customer Service. I can tell you that their service was outstanding and spoke with Spencer. He walked me through what to do and I was off and running. He even called me back several days later to make sure everything was working as advertised. I've used it twice so far, for about 5 hours, and the battery held strong. I was probably hauling about 200 lbs of heavy dirt and uphill. Had I been doing this with my manual wheel barrow, my back would be killing me. Awesome product, a bit pricey, but well worth the investment. Shout out to Spencer for helping me out!!

Easy to assemble for the most part. The pre-drilled holes for the tub don’t line up exactly but the rest of the assembly instructions are decent. The motor is more powerful than I expected. Works like a charm over rough terrain and climbing a hill with heavy load. Very easy to use and quite rugged. Recommend this to anyone who has to haul heavy loads regularly.

Good hauling capacity. It goes fast enough and can easily carry a full load of logs up steep hills.

Unit is very sturdy but with that comes weight. The ease of bringing a load uphill is great but when you go to dump it you have to tip/lift the whole weight of the barrow and drive system in a bit of an awkward motion/reach to empty the load.

Really makes moving wheel barrows up a grade much easier. Variable speed throttle allows for moving at a creep to a brisk walking pace. Plenty of power for the job. Some nice accessories available as well. I plan on getting the trailer hitch adapter for spotting my boat and utility trailers.

We went online to Youtube to find an assembly video. The in house produced video made the assembly process very straightforward with a logical progression of steps. Their sales manager says they will soon have a direct link to it on their website. It took a short time to get use to throttle because full throttle is a VERY fast pace, managing the throttle lets the user walk at a normal pace We've used it only sparingly so far, but it's perfect for what we need; hauling firewood, mulch, sand, etc for homeowner projects. I called customer service with a question and spoke to their sales manager who was happy to help. The product also arrived a week sooner than expected.

This unit doesnt disappoint! Pricey but will save me chiropractor visits. I havent found it’s limits of load yet but hauls mulch, rocks, bags of gravel, cinder blocks and pavers with ease. It plows through two foot tall grass and weeds in my field without even a grunt! I am pleased overallTwo cons to this were the packaging was pretty rinky dink and when it got to me it was beat to heck and all oily from the gearbox unit leaking out its bag. No damage though.The assembly of the unit is not for someone with just a casual relationship with tools and the like. Seemed more complicated than it should have been. Id say a very strong percentage of your potential customers dont have an 1 1/16†socket laying around. Directions 6/10.One suggestion to the manufacturer. The package is big enough, why not assemble the whole gearbox before shipping? That might help with the oily mess the partial assembly makes during shipping and skip several steps for the consumer on assembly.Id give it 9.5 outta 10 only because i had some issues with assembly and bolts not lining up. Easy stuff to overcome but still…..

Product is great. Highly recommend working with the vendor for any questions or assembly assistance. Spencer was the individual I spoke with and he went above and beyond expectations to help ensure I had a properly assembled product and even gave me some great tips and tricks to get more utility out of my purchase. Product seems very well constructed and high quality. Again, can't say enough about working with this supplier as well - nice to have that kind of customer service available. Would (and likely will) purchase from this company again.
