About this item

  • Used advanced technology to design, lower consumption. Precision module provides long time maintenance -free operation(no cleaning or lubrication required);
  • Compact design allows tremendous flexibility in dealing with system size restrictions: 12.5mm outside diameter, and 15 mm length.
  • Can combine signal and power in same slip ring,completely satisfy 360 degrees of rotation
  • Work life: Depending on speed and working environment, ≥50,000,000 runs ref
  • Dielectric strength: Between each circuit and all other circuits , ≥ 500 VAC @ 50Hz

Feature :

- The Capsule slip ring is a standard, off-the-shelf series product, that uses gold contacts at the rotary interface. Color-coded lead wires are used on both the stator and rotor for simplified electrical connections.Using a 90 degree V-groove ring design for each ring, provides smoother running, lower torque low contact wear rates than competitive slip ring. provides 6, circuit configurations.

This is a nice small slip ring. Great for all kinds of projects. The action is smooth and energy transfer has no loss. The housing is high quality. good value.

I ordered the GODIYMODULES 6 wire electrical slip ring as I was curious to use a slip ring in a project I have in mind. At the time I didn't realize how fragile this unit is. The unit is made of plastic and weighs almost nothing. The main body attaches to a base with three small screws but there is only a small and short extension on the rotating side. I'm not sure how to couple it to the rotating surface. It rotates freely, so it could be glued to the rotating item or just use the wire to hold it, but I'm not sure how well that would work.With six 2 amp circuits available it could drive a series of LED's which was my intent. It will be interesting to work out how to couple it, but that's half the fun when fabricating something from scratch.For the price it will work out for my project and not break the bank.
