Happy with the quality of the product. I wish they offered a similar one with vertical connectors instead of horizontal. It just takes up a lot of space on the stage once everything's plugged in.But the quality is top notch, sounds great works great no problems. Would highly recommend.

Working very well for our purposes stretching from a Fender Passport Pro 500 watt (8-channel) system to a set of mic's. I know the Passport is intended to be controlled by the performer, but with the mics we're using, the inexperience of our performers, and the variety of uses employed (e.g. Drama performances, special events, musical worship sessions) in our gym, this snake does the trick. My main question now is how to make use of the returns. I was hoping to use them for eliminating the two 50-foot speaker cables, but it appears that's not an option. Overall, I'm definitely impressed with the quality.

I honestly didn't expect much from anything in this price range. I'm pretty picky about my cables, but we needed something for a last minute gig. Acoustic set, only needed eight channels to the front row. Figured it was worth it even if it showed up with a dead channel or broken end. Quality control isn't very good at this price point, generally. The signal was clean. No dropouts. No damage. No problems. Beyond the function, it's a nice stage snake. The connectors lay out flat, for lower sight lines and less trip hazards. Plus if some clown drops his amp on the snake the odds are way better that it will survive unharmed. The bag was a nice touch. Even the skin is nice. Very satisfied.

I am a big fan of ELITE CORE products. Have 2 of their sub snakes or drop snakes. I have this 8 X 4 and their 12 X 4 that I purchased first.Loved that so much I got this one for the front line. The 12 X 4 is perfect for a drum snake and the 4 sends a BIG plus for active monitors.This 8 X 4 is perfect for the front line of vocals, acoustic guitar, horns and 4 sends for active monitors. These snakes are well made and if you take care of them they will last for years!Great snakes at a very reasonable price. You can’t go wrong with the quality and this price.A very good deal. Highly recommended.

I’ve been doing live sound now for 20 years and these snakes are AWESOME! Quality is good, price is good, product is good! Oh... and they have lifetime warranties! I now own three and I’ll buy more I’m sure!

I bought four of these to use with a Midas DL32 snake, and I have to say they are excellent. The fact that the inputs and outputs are held in order from 1-8 by permanent brackets makes connecting these snakes take no time at all. We timed our setup and having four of these snakes reduced our setup time by almost 30 minutes. When you're gigging all the time, the time savings *really* adds up. They have proven durable as we've set up in all kinds of environments; indoor, outdoor, clean, dirt, gravel, you name it. These have held up fantastically.My only request (and reason for four stars instead of five) would be that Elite Core create a version of this snake that includes an ethernet passthrough or two with female connectors on both sides. We use Behringer P16s and Midas DP48 IEMs for our live setup and having ethernet running to each snake would be incredible.That said, it isn't much of a shortcoming. There's not a whole lot that could be done to make these snakes better than they are. They are worth their weight in gold!

Great build quality. The only thing I don't like is the box end has connectors that lay out sideways. In my opinion this will lead to cable connectors getting stepped on. I'd rather have a traditional box that the connectors plug in straight down on top of the box. Much easier to notice on stage, less likely to miss in the dark. I love the fan end strain relief.
