This is a very convenient appliance especially to heat up baby food. It has a smart design that keep the steam comes up very fast. I believed this can save a lot of energy compare to the tradition way to boil up a whole pot of water for steam and then to put in your food. The con for it is the size of the containers are a little small. You cannot steam a whole fish if it is a littler big. Also the top tier cannot create the same amount of steam for heat since the lowest containers absorbed most. I believe this small appliance can last for a long time if you take care of it by making sure there is sufficient water in the water tank for the heater to burn. We love it very much.

I really enjoy steaming vegetables and reheating leftovers with this. It’s fast, convenient, and doesn’t take up a lot of space. I leave the base and cover on the counter and store the stacking baskets in a cabinet. This unit seems well made, and I hope to get years of use out of it.

I cannot write enough good things about this product. I have had it for 2 months and I am so happy. It is so easy to clean with this special plastic. I use it several times a day. Wipe ot out and use again. It is spotless. I steam almost everything now.. safe with the timer. Never can run out of water. I made the most fantastic oatmeal, rice and lentils in the container. Steam greens, and all kinds of veges all at once. I am so greatful for this steamer. I would even pay more for it. Have fun with it. Stack different layers of foods. Frozen potsticker work beautifully. I seldom ever use my stove. I have a nice convection airfryer counter top oven. I use that and my steamer and crockpot and never burn anything. Thank you so much for making this. My crockpot i just purchased and is made by same mfg. It is also quality.

Mom absolutely LOVES this steamer! She uses it daily and likes that it heats quickly, does a great job, and is simple for her to use. She's 98, still living at home, so it's imperative she has something that will shut itself off if the water runs out of the steamer. Well designed and performs great. This is the third one. She's already worn out two over the last 6 years.

Tried this with tamales and it took a long time…maybe the stacked pots might be faster and can handle more tamales

Super Easy to user, Setup, & Clean after use. Very Spacious to fit a lot of food and can't believe how quickly the food cooks. I'll never use a rice cooker to steam again. This is so much better.

We have always used a steamer to cook our vegetables, so this was a replacement item. We have presently only used one tier and find it works very well. Full instructions can be found online but it is basically easy to use. For those that are complaining about leaking water from the steam, I believe that they are using the wrong basket at the bottom level. (the numbers for the level order can be found on the handles) I have no problem with leaking. Very pleased with this purchase and would recommend this item.

I finally got to use this appliance! Absolutely wonderful! As the above questions ask: it is easy to clean & extremely easy to use! The main feature I love is that it is NOT digital! That is where I ran into problems with other vegetable steamers!

The design is nice and smooth with no bumps or weird edges, which makes it easy to rinse and clean, and the triple decker means you don't have to cram veggies around the rice bowl anymore, since everything has plenty of space of its own
