The item did not work. The light would flicken on and off as would the amplification turn on and off. Not worth the money at all.

since I don't hear well, this is very convenient for important things. Dr does not recommend hearing aides, so this is wonderful.

It is easy to use, but too bad it doesn't block out the extra background noise. Also, for some reason, the battery compartment is so small that installing the battery took too long. Instead of taking a few seconds, it took me maybe a few minutes to install just one battery because the compartment was too tight. It was affordable, but I guess cheaply made.

I bought this for a family member. I imagine that it does not replace a proper hearing aid, but it is doing the job for sitting at a table having a conversation or watching tv.

I bought this for my mother. Sound is tinny. The small earphone is useless as there is only one. Charged additional import fee upon delivery. Beware if you live in Canada!
