We used this plastic chain to make loose fitting collars for our livestock. It is not designed to restrain or to work under any sort of load, but it holds a bell nicely.

The plastic chain is very weak and keeps breaking apart after a very short amount of time. Save your money and buy a thicker plastic chain. So I don’t recommend buying this one!

This is a general use plastic chain. The ad states for events and crowd Control. I do not think that would work. Being plastic it will not rust, but it will also be broken by the general public. Some of the links are sharp. The plastic forming process leaves sharp edges. So if a young kid ran his hands on it while in line, you would be looking at an incident. The public would be quick to blame you for having a chain that was sharp.If it was not used for public, on for personal use, you will be fine. The formation of some links are bad so I doubt the overall length is 100 feet. It should be close though.The yellow color can be seen easily and has not faded in limited sunlight so far. For having some deformed links and sharp random edges, I have to detect 1 star.

Making a sign is easy. Making a chain, a little harder. This takes some of that work away. I'm going to be very real with you. I ordered this because I like it. I just like plastic chain. Sometimes when I'm at the hardware store I just get a piece just because I can. But this is a whole roll! There's so much. I don't know what I'm going to do with it all, but s you can see, it works when you need it. It does what it's supposed to.

I had been looking for a light weight brightly colored chain for some time now. We live in a remote area and when we go away for extended times, I like to control the "looky lous". It won't stop the dishonest ones but will deter the nosey. I simply put this across my driveway with a keep out sign hanging from it and with its bright yellow color can be seen easily even in the dark. I could see this also being used to keep people from driving on your lawn or newly seeded yard. Should last years to be used on multiple applications.
