I used this 5 to 7 days a week. I do 6000 Steps a day equivalent to 3 miles per day. I use level 2 adwill be moving up to level 3 soon. My legs feel much tighter and easier to ove.

Bought this for my husband because he deals with neuropathy in his legs. He has difficulty standing and walking for long periods of time. He has noticed an improved difference in his mobility. He can watch tv while on this machine. He loves the comfort of it.

Living in NY it's sometimes too cold to get outside and walk. When I can't go outside, this machine is perfect! I can get 10K steps in in one hour!It's easy and quiet.Depending on how close or far you place the machine, you can work different muscles.

the ellipse is fantastic. works as promised.but the main part of the machine needs to be fixed to a base. this is not pre-assembled. it IS easy to assemble, though.the huge problem is that the screws provided don't all have threads.i had to replace some screws with my own, and now my fingers are crossed.the result of using the original screws was that one of the pedals kept falling off. i am not sure if the pedal bolt is faulty. the manufacturer replaced the pedal and its bolt right away.i have not installed them yet... in case maybe i dont have to. this morning i was able to go steadily for 20 minutes, for the first time, new screw.again, this is a GREAT machine that works exactly as its supposed to (so far)--- except for this screw thing. there are 6 or 8 screws needed to finish assembling.

I use it each morning and I no longer need a can. It is great for recirculating the legs and knees.
