I tried everything to get this to work. Only half the letters are visible it simply does not work. The first label I printed was not readable because most of the letters were only half pressed into the strip so for instance only the top of the O was visible, and the P was essentially invisible. I tried squeezing the trigger harder, softer, faster, holding it for longer, sort of pumping it to try to reinforce the imprint, nothing worked. I even asked my husband who works in construction and has incredible grip strength, but something about the device doesn't translate. Whatever spring is inside pressing the letters is absolute crap. No matter what you do it prints illegible labels. It also feels cheap. Even if you get one that works it will probably break before you use up a roll. Don't bother.

This is a fun little label maker. I love that it came with six different label tapes and it gives old-school vibes with the embossing method. It's a little rickety feeling when working with it, but it gets the job done and the labels have pretty good adhesion.

Not the best quality I have seen it feels very cheap but it works as intended. I haven't used it for quite sometime as I don't like the feel of it. The one I have has double the price so maybe that's why. But it works so it might work for some people who does it occasionally.

Labels are supposed to say steak for steak seasoning and Lawreys for Lawreys seasoning but as you can see it skips letters or parts of letters and I’ve tried doing it multiple times holding the thing tighter, hoping that it would emboss it but nope

This is one of the easiest label makers that I have ever worked with. It’s easy to be able to use, it offers a lot of settings, good quality and quite durable too.

I spent a lot of time over the years working with these emboss label makers. I recently got a new electronic one that hooks up to my tablet. It works well, but I wanted one that didn’t need electrical and wireless connections. So, I picked this one out. I was pleased with the overall size and the number of rolls of embossed label tape that came with it.It works well, is clearly labeled and I like the overall design. I found the handle a bit large for my smaller hands and since my hands hurt the day I was experimenting with it – that was a bit painful. I’m pretty certain, however, that the unit is fine – just old age making things a bit more of a challenge than it used to be.The price is good, the features are all there and a generous supply of label tape – this is a great deal!

This label maker works well. While it's not perfect, it is easy to use and it does its job. The trigger on it requires a lot of force to get the crisp letters shown in the product pictures. Without a strong press of the trigger, it is hard to get the letters to show up so my labels can show a bit faded. The cutting setting works, but it doesn't always want to cut so it can be a bit tricky. Despite these minor flaws, I think it's a good product overall.
