At first I was nervous because it would not power on. I had read the other reviews and was worried it didn't work. BUT, I READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. And realized that you need to push the unlock button first, then you can operate it. So now that I have figured out how it works, it works great. I wasn't able to find any other model that had the accessories I wanted, so I'm excited to use it now.

Will NOT turn on! Tried everything and even with power cord directly plugged into blender and outlet the blender wouldn’t turn on. Waste of money.Can’t return as I did not try to use the blender before the return window closed. So that is on me.

This has good power, handy item for mixing, whisking, drink mixing ect. I use frequently for mixing scrambled eggs for breakfast. I’ve enjoyed this much more than I thought I would! I just ordered this one for my son. Good product. Price was cheaper on Amazon also! Easy to clean if done right away. Thoughtful design.

Does not work and I have to pay to return it. Avoid vendor and item at all costs. Item never charged

I had seen this blender in stores, but found this exact one here on Amazon for cheaper. Works well and comes nicely packaged.

This is the second time I buy this, since the first one broke a small piece from the main blender and attachments wouldn’t stay on. I like it has no cable!

Not happy that I wasted time with this product. It never came on. Would not charge. Should not be advertising as new in box if it hasn't had a quality check to make sure it worked. Now I am worried about another appliance I bought that I haven't unpackaged yet.

Husband found this at a yard sale, now that I’m seeing the mixer, wisk and cup attachment wish we had all the parts very tempted to buy another to have all accessories. But like a previous person said it will work once you press the unlock button I had to google to see how it works and now that I’ve figured it out it’s GREAT, was needed to purée strawberries for my Strawberry lemonade pound cakes glaze.
