I bought the smaller chair but sent it back for an arm and a leg! Should have just kept it and sold it myself! Bought the larger size with the chrome legs! My grandson is going into 2nd grade and growing like a weed! Chair is well made and sturdy! Goes well with the desk I bought that also is the same at my grandsons school!

My daughter has outgrown the chairs that come with her play table and this looks like it will last her until she is ready to transition to adult size chairs. Not too heavy, easy for her to move around on her own.

We ordered 9 chairs for a classroom at the beginning of August. Upon arrival, 1 chair was already broken coming straight out of the box. (That should have been a red flag already) I was trying to be reasonable because I know the shipping of items is not easy so I decided it might be because of the transition. Within the first 3 days of school, 3 more chairs broke, in the same spot. Our students are in elementary, there is no way they exceeded the chair's maximum weight. According to the item description "Maximum Weight Recommendation 661 Pounds" These chairs are not well built. We have tried to return the chairs in various ways, but it only comes with an address label and we have to pay the shipping charges ourselves. The item description says they will do returns, but the shipping cost is excessive. I have not been able to talk to a reasonable person from customer service to deal with this issue. Last week another chair broke, so that makes it to 5 broken chairs within 3 weeks of school. I sent in a refund request, it was denied. I appealed and it was denied again. They stated that I discarded the chairs but I have not. I still have them (unfortunately) to this point I would like to return all the chairs because I feel like eventually they will all break. I am not only unhappy with the product but now I am with the customer service from the seller. They do not stand by their products. They wont make it right even with the 1 chair that arrived damaged upon arrival, I should not have to pay to ship a product back that my fault to begin with.

The chairs arrived dirty and rusty. For this reason alone I’m giving 2 stars.The feet are hard plastic, sure to scratch any wood floor.The back support bends easy.I’ll keep them because my kids need them but I’m very displeased with how much I paid and the product I received.
