This is the 3rd bedframe I have purchased. I originally purchased a shorter one for a queen bed with box spring and mattress. It worked great. When I decided to go back to a memory foam mattress and ditch the box spring, I ordered this 18" frame. It is a perfect match for the 8" memory foam mattress. The bed is a perfect height for sitting on and I am able to store plastic boxes of clothes underneath.

The frame is sturdy and easy to assemble. I (65 years old) put the CalKing frame together myself. Mattress fit perfectly. No issues sleeping on it. Bought the 10" leg height, the works for my 5'8", left sided body weakness husband get in and out of bed easily. Good underbed storage also.

This is a sturdy build and strong metal. It was very easy to put together. It does what it's made to do I love the height of it. It's pretty light but again very strong. All the holes matched up like they should. You're able to add a headboard and footboard to it so that's cool. My bed for sure feels more comfortable and more supported. It functions perfectly . So sound when you climb on or roll over. Good product

Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Didn’t line up perfectly with old headboard but a couple of new bolts and drilled holes on headboard worked out great. Good value for the money.

I bought the twin size bed frame. Easy to put together and seems well made. The height is nice and my daughter will put baskets underneath for extra storage. However, the mattress slides off the bed. After reading other reviews I ordered mattress clips. Seller should note that mattress clips may be needed. I am hoping these mattress clips take care of the issue.

I never imagined how the height of the bed could make it look more luxurious and comfy. Excellent space. At first I was concerned it wasn't truly 16 in but I have huge bins underneath and the bed doesn't look oddly high. I purchased a headboard on Amazon and it just stands behind the bed. You'd never know it was a metal frame.About 4 screw holes fit None of the screws but I made it work. The middle section feels very sturdy. No odd noises so far and I'm really happy because I needed the space and storage. Those beds with drawers or lift up in my opinion don't compare to the amount of space under this bed.Took me about 45 min to assemble but again 4 screw holes just didn't work. I'm still happy and proud of myself for putting this all together. The headboard doesn't fit the holes available in this frame but if I lift the head board it would. It works fine just up against the wall honestly.My bed is gorgeous. I have a great bed set but the height gives it a luxe feeling I wasn't expecting. God is good.

This was super easy to assemble, it's sturdy, and 18" is taller than I thought! I love high beds, but now I practically have to climb in. Love it though! Poor old dog barely makes it up. It's a really nice, well-made bed; you should get one if you're on the fence. Huge amount of storage space.

I got two, one for my mom's bed and one for mine. I was the person who put the beds together and with the instructions I was able to put each together in a out twenty minutes each. All the needed tools come with the frame and the only added information I would suggest is when you are working on part f is put the but and screw in the bottom hole first and then the top ones, otherwise it is a bit tricky. Below our beds is plenty of room for storage, and our dog has taken residence with some pillows and blankets placed there for her. We both noticed that after sleeping in the frames that our bed became much firmer (they were previously on the floor) and our sleep quality improved. A few days in the quality is holding up well, and it is made with a metal so it looks nice. I would suggest if you have wood floors that you get something to put under the posts to prevent scratching. The beds seem much higher than the photos but we can easily get on and off, so if you have young kids, elderly individuals, or animals who need help after certain heights to be vary of it's height. Overall I think it works great as a base, I have no issues with any noise of the platform. I would suggest this to others!

Easy to assemble for one person. Works great. Strong. Does not make noise when you move around on it. I built a wooden daybed frame around it. Perfect height with mattress to sit on and stand up from. Very pleased with this purchase. Able to store small items underneath with 4" clearance from the floor to bottom of frame. I stored the box it came in under it so I have it if I move homes.

We purchased this to fit inside an existing wooden bed frame. The accurate measurements made the installation possible. Although it is a two person job to assemble in limited space, it went together without incident. Fit and finish are excellent.
