I must say, this oven is exactly what we wanted! We have an old house and old oven, but for some reason, not too many company makes this size that is OK in terms of looking. The look is brilliant ( but I guess this is just personal preference), In terms of use, it does what an oven does, nothing too fancy about that. Overall, we are very satisfied with the purchase =)

Arrived on time, in what seemed to be original packaging. Inside of oven door powder coat was flaking already in two spots. Terminal block for cord installation was missing two screws. Instructions are barely in English.

Oven takes long time to warm up. When it does finally get warm, the temperature fluctuates widely. I set it for 400 degrees, when you open oven to put food in, the temp drops about 25 - 30 deg. When it warms up again, the temp starts dropping back down to about 370 before it starts rising again. The food I put in was supposed to cook for only 15 mins, it took almost half and hour to cook. I wasn't expecting this to be a show stopper, but at least I was hoping for a basic oven.

Looks good and works well... But, the clock and all other functions such as the timer are impossible to set. The instructions are written in "Chinglish" and I was never able to figure it out. The only way to set the clock is to turn off the power and when turned back on the clock will blink and can be set.Update, Now even pulling the power does not reset the clock. I will probably just have to put black tape over the display so it will not bother me anymore. Wish the USA office would help.

This is oven I am waiting for . Meet expectation good for price . I have to return the other AMZCHEF oven did not work still waiting refund ( Amazon did not very good to refund this time ) Merchandise return over week late still waiting refund

It looks great, my wife loves it. The function is a little confusing, especially the Key icon thing. We managed to figure it out but it would've been a five star review if they could simplify this part.

Just came to the house and it didnt turn on. No idea why. We had used it on the weekends 21 times. Seemed to work ok. Had bought an extended warranty but the first oven was lost in shipping and when Amazon replaced it there was no warranty associated to it. Again was told "Too Bad, not our problem".So in short it was $650 divided by 21 uses equals $31 each time we made food. Its still sitting where it died.Buyer Be ware!!! Awful product, no Empava manufacturer support at all. I think i'll put it out in the chicken coop so we get some use for it.
