I work at a small company with no formal employee of the month program. We've taken in a stray cat who now lives at work and we all love to spoil and take care of her. Well I bought this plaque and printed out a picture of the cat, and put this on a shelf at work. Coworkers all found it hysterical. I imagine that if you work somewhere with an actual employee of the month, this would work great. It is easy to slip in a photo or change it each month, so this would work very well for that. It is pretty good quality - nothing phenomenal but for the price it's well made and looks nice.

I like to pay tribute to our animals (and to make sure the rest of them have some thing to work towards). This is nice construction and easy to display. It easily fits a 4 x 6 photo. I do put a little piece of tape on the photo as a tab so that I can remove the photo, that is the only improvement I could see at this point. I’m not sure how easy it would be to get a photo out of the frame if you do not think ahead like that.

Although I am the only one in my position, I get tons of compliments on being the employee of the month. Only a handful of people know I purchased this on Amazon lol. Most people think it is legit from my work.

The quality is amazing and this brings me so much joy. I do wish the window was glass instead of plastic but that’s just my preference. And yes, he is employee of the month EVERY month.

I bought this for my boss for Christmas, he just opened it, we put a funny picture of myself and his dog in it, went to hang it up and the entire corner is just flaking away. Not sure if it’s some kind of water damage or what, but seems like the quality isn’t good, and it wasn’t cheap! And now I’m expected to pay for shipping to send it back to get a new one. Absolutely ridiculous.
