I was really worried about getting this because of the negative comments. But have no fear, this little suitcase has it all in a TSA approved, domestic and international, bundle.The lock was easy to reset, the zippers on the outside opened and closed smoothly, the interior zippers allowed me to pack my shoes between the cloth and plastic without them touching my clothes, the overall size allowed me to pack for a two week trip to Korea (& bring knick-knacks home), and was sturdy as heck. The wheels glide on smooth surfaces, but did extremely well on asphalt & concrete (good & bad).I was able to squeeze in2 pairs of shoes plus shower shoes, 2 pairs of pj's, 4 pairs of leggings, 1 pair of pants, 7 pairs of socks, every pair of underwear I own (I pack those as if I some how and going to poo myself everyday multiple times a day), 7 tops, a bathing suit, toiletries, 1 sweater (not extremely bulky but not thin), and I'm sure I shoved some other random things in there because I "might" wear it. All that to say everything fit perfectly and I still had room to fit things I wanted to bring back.On my return journey this bag was PACKED and I still squeezed more items into it along the way and it held up. The zipper lasted, the wheels didn't give out, it didn't tip due to weight, and I did not have to worry about international or domestic TSA because of the measurements. It honestly made traveling much easier.

my husband is very happy with this luggage. He travels every other week so his luggage takes a beating but this seems strong, rugged & smart looking.. for the price this is a great value

Great piece of luggage. Hard case. Just the right size for carry on and expands to a bigger size if checking bag. Smooth wheels that swivel in any direction. Lots of compartments with pockets for the small stuff. My friend loves it. Now she is off to Costa Rica.

I really like this 20 inch hardside carry on luggage. The 4 wheels roll smoothly and seem durable. The interior of both sides provide ample room and security for my items. The inside pocket for the external USB charger is a nice feature, although I don't know if airlines allow a battery pack. The built in TSA approved luggage lock is a great feature. I look forward to using this luggage.

This suitcase is well made and it's great that it comes with a built-in TSA approved locking mechanism. Although finding the combination for a lock with only 3 tumblers can be done relatively quickly, the lock still will prevent the case from accidentally opening while in transit. The flat profile of the handles could also help prevent the suitcase from catching on things while being handled by airline luggage handlers. It seems to roll nicely over tile and the extending handle feels firm and stable.The interior has zippered covers for each side to help keep all packed items in place. One side has a waterproof zippered compartment that could be used for liquid items (note that you have to remove liquids from the suitcase when passing through security, so this will likely only be used to separate a damp bathing suit from other items), and a second zippered compartment for small flat items. The interior of the side near the lock has a USB cable which could be used for a phone charger, and there's a small pocket in the lining that the charger can be zipped into so that it does not shift around within the case. The linings for both sides have zippers which were inserted with the zipper pulls on the wrong side so it's difficult to open them - although the only time you might open the zipper would be to replace the USB cord should it become damaged.The pipes of the collapsible handle take up a bit of space on one side, so you lose a lot of packing space when having to pack things around the handles. Also, the actual measurements of the case are smaller that I thought they would be. The case itself is clearly smaller than my usual carry on bag (about an inch shorter), and the expansion gusset only adds about 1" (likely 2 cm), even thought the description called it 2".

Great size carry-on luggage. Fits at least 5 days of clothing. I bought the orange one which makes it easier to find if you do have to plane side check. Also has TSA approved combo locks.
