Excellent quality!Not flimsy. You could actually tidy up small beds in your garden.It's strong, smooth, durable, well made and my toddler grandson loves it.

I use it for maintenance of mulch in my flower beds. Lightweight, small enough to get around plants, but effective.

The handles are sturdy but the the rakes , shovel and hoe are plastic. They are cute and they came fairly quick. I thought they would be a little better quality.

I loved the long handle because I bought this rake to use on my patio between my potted plants 🪴 that are to hard to move.

I'm afraid I must admit that I don't use this for a child. I am handicapped and cannot lean over and I have a small dog. This shovel is perfect for doggie presents left in the yard. It is the right length and weight for me and can dig little holes in the garden where I can deposit the presents. The plastic rinses off easily with the garden hose. Hope you don't mind the unintended use for the shovel.
