My daughter attends online school. It's her senior year and her school doesn't mail cap and gowns until almost graduation. I wanted her to have a replica for cap and gown pictures that would be taken obviously long before her "real" cap and gown would come in, so I borrowed someone else's gown and purchased this tassel after being told what color(s) theirs would be. I was worried about it being multicolored and not looking the same; however, it is exactly the same. It worked out perfect for her pictures and she will have a spare tassel for framing now. Beautiful, vibrant colors, and great value for the money.

I was surprised!!! This is exactly how my tassel looked over 30 some years ago. All except of course the date. I used my date from my other tassel. That was was already faded and shaggy.

It's a pretty standard tassel, exactly what I was looking for! Good quality charm and tassel.My son finished school a semester early, so his real graduation year is 2023, even though his graduation ceremony is 2024. Everyone else will be wearing "class of 2024" tassels and that's what I would have gotten if I'd ordered through the school, but I wanted to have his say 2023 to acknowledge his hard work to graduate early.I bought one for him to wear and one to make into a graduation Christmas ornament (I put a mini graduation announcement and his tassel inside a clear ornament. It looks great!)

Say you have more than one child who will graduate from the same school, purchase the graduation packet that includes the cap and gown, invitations, etc., and your children will wear more or less, the same size cap & gown, purchase the the one and then just buy the year’s tassel for the other child(ren) from Amazon. Of all the items students usually keep, the tassel is the item they keep the most. It’s worth going this route. There is an array of typical school colors, so you will be sure to find what you need.

Received my tassel earlier than expected, which was really great. I wish that the blue was a bit more darker because that’s the color that my school has. Unfortunately they did not have a darker blue. I really like how the 2024 year is displayed ;will definitely be repurchasing again if my school doesn’t provide one with the year.
