The 19mm is the correct size for the rear GX470 sway bar bushings. These work and fit perfectly and are a definite upgrade over the OEM soft bushings. Very easy install.

Anyone with a 3rd gen knows they'll probably end up on this page searching for these exact bushings eventually. It was time for an upgrade after 300k miles on the OEM bushings, they were basically dust and crumbling apart. These Energy Suspension bushings have been excellent so far! No sounds (squeaks) or anything from them, just grease them properly and you should never hear them. Paired with some brand new end-links, steering feel on the highway is much more confident now. You don't realize how bad you need something until you replace it! Overall these bushings worked perfectly. No unwanted sounds as some other comments suggest, absolutely perfect. These do come with a packet of grease, (use it all!) these fit my 3rd gen 4runner like a glove. (26Mm)

Purchase these for my Hilux surf which is the same as a 4Runner but the poly bushings were way bigger than the OEM ones. The outside fitment for the clamping bracket fits perfect but the inside diameter was too big for the sway bars. It free spins over the sway bars.

Good bushings and easy to install, but the listing for 4th Gen 4runners is incorrect. 2006 4Runner Limited 4WD has 21mm rear sway bushings not 19mm. OEM literally has 21 stamped on the part. 19mm does fit but leaves a small gap. I’ll likely be replacing with proper size when I’m under the truck again in the future.

Look to be of great quality right out of the box. Don’t have any time behind them yet but I’m sure they will perform great and make the 4Runner handle much better. Just make sure to grease them with a polyurethane safe lubricant such as superlube
