They work, but durability is questionable. I've had these installed in a beach house rental property for 3.5 yrs. Arguably they probably get rough use, but I cannot attest to this because I'm not present. What I can say is that stuff breaks more often in the rental than in my own house. Nevertheless, the little levers on these switches can and do break off and I've had to replace. I still like the product because they solve a number of challenges with functionality.

Easy to install, yes.Feels solid, yes.Did it performed as I expected, no.It didn't dim my led lights and the fan is slower than the switch it was replacing. Also the fans didn't vary the speed.Basically was the same problem I was having with the switch I replaced.This switch have the hi fan speed as the first click. So I have to hold myself when turning it on in order to set to hi. The one before has the hi speed all the way up so it was easier to use.I may remove this switch and throw it in the trashcan and put back the one I had before. Neither dim the light but at least the old one made the fan switch faster.If plan to use with led light I won't recommend.

Easy to install but after only a couple months of use the knobs popped off and have gotten lost. Same problem we had with the old ones and eventually the nub left to adjust breaks off completely and needs replaced.

I bought four of these switches. Every single one of them was broken in some way. Every switch had at least one broken switch cap and one of the arms was disconnected on another. These are very poor quality. I don't know how they are UL listed.

The switch works great had to replace my old switch of only 4 years that should last longer then 4 years. The only thing I don't like about the switch and that's me is the high speed for the fan is at the bottom of the switch rather than the top,

Installation went very smoothly. I installed 2 in about 20 minutes. These replaced other, seemingly identical ones that would not dim LEDs. I can't believe that the electricians that just rewired the house recently didn't use LED compatible dimmers ANYWHERE!Dimming LEDS isn't easy and these dimmers do do their job reasonably well. The dimmable LEDs that we are using are not the best and as such there is a jitter and a bit of a lag when adjusting them. But they do dim and everyone is happy with the outcome. I did not realise that there is a remote control for these. That might be a nice option for some people.

This switch was fairly easy to install.You need to figure out which wire runs the fan and which one runs the light in my case the red wire ran my fan and so i connected to the the brown wire on the new switchAnd the light was black so I connected to the red on the new switch. Once I figured that out I was good to go the switch itself is bulky and it was everything I could do to stuff it in the box with all the wires but I got it to fit and the switch works fine.
