The ENERLITES 17000-F3 provides total convenience by bringing your ceiling fan controls to an easy-to-use wall switch. This ceiling fan switch features a simple slider that allows the user to switch between low, medium, high, and OFF positions with ease. This fan wall switch offers excellent energy efficiency and makes it easy to create the perfect ambiance.

Features:
The 17000-F3 is only compatible with mechanical 3-speed fans, such as a standard ceiling fan with pull chains. The switch allows you to switch between all three speeds or turn the fan OFF from a separate wall location.
The 17000-F3 features a user-friendly design that trades standard pull-chains for a sleek and simple slider. Move the slider up or down to switch between low, medium, and high fan speeds, or to turn the fan OFF.
All switches are easily installed, as they come with pre-wired leads. The 17000-F3 makes an easy replacement for a standard wall switch and it is compatible with decorator wall plates (sold separately).

Installed easily. The slide switch feels like you need to be a little careful when sliding it up or down. By that I mean it does not seem to be that sturdy. But so far so good. It controls my fan with all 3 speeds just fine.

The switch feels pretty cheap when. Also, I wish the scale was flipped. The high speed is the first click, and you have to slide it all the way to the top for low. I wish it was the other way around

I had a minka fan. Their original controller broke off and they wanted $50 for a new one. Found this alternative and installed it and I'm happy to say it works. This review has been written 15 minutes after install. Hoping it won't create issues.

I have a half dozen fans in my home (4 bedrooms and two living areas), so I bought many switches. I'm committed now, but I worry I will be switching these out again in a year or so. They feel a little flimsy, like you are trying to move the stem of a wine glass with out breaking it. So far so good, but I doubt they will last long.

When we bought this house the remote for the ceiling fan was missing. The fan was on high which seemed one speed short of a helicopter. I bought this switch and now we can keep it on low which is perfect. Pretty easy install, took me about 30 min.I had to work around the box that was there. We are happy with the results. Originally it was two regular switches and I did order a new faceplate for the new configuration.

These do not dim very much at all. I would return them but I missed the deadline by 6 days. After installing more of the pack I bought they even interfere with each other.Why would they even sell a six pack when the one in the living room makes the lights in the bedroom go crazy and the one in the bedroom makes the living room lights go crazy.Just worthless on all levels.
